No trainers allowed.
No trainers allowed in Promised Land at Koko.

So put your dancing shoes on.

Or go barefoot.

waaay ahead of ya, mate. ;) great minds and all that. thanks for mentioning it tho!

i might even get away with my plain black trainers on the door. they're not really sportswear but they have got big transparent airsoles... hmmm.

dunno how strict the "airsoles" working on the door will be! ;) okay that's a bit harsh, they don't make the rules.

they used to get the right hump with me at Pacha... turn up in jeans and shoes, 10 minutes later on the dancefloor in combats and trainers - love it!!!

luckily the clubs I go to these days don't give a shit what you wear!!

trousers too? haha! good one. :) combats and trainers, no dresscode, i think we're on the same wavelength.

the trouble with this plan is that i'm just innately lawful. if i changed into black trainers i'd be worried all night that i was gonna be kicked out.

luckily my dad found an old pair of my shoes! saved me a few quid down the charity shops plus they're already broken in. best of a bad situ. still taking trainers (genuinely) for the morning after though.

wouldn't do this for any other clubnight and unlikely to continue to do this into '09 if Koko (or PL) don't budge.

yeah! if the rule is "no trainers" then why not wear moccasins, snow shoes, flipflops, clogs... peaceful protest! #we shall not, we shall not be shoed!#

laters party people. :)

Hun there are signs up all around by the main doors about no smoking outside after 3am.
But it is not good to let you out for a fag and not let you back in they should have told you then as well.
As if anyone can be bothered or able to read signs at 3am at PL
